Templates encode best practices, so anyone can launch quickly and safely. Open Assists → New and choose Warm Intro (Sales), Talent Referral (HR), Post Create (Marketing), or start from scratch. Each template includes default fields, example context, and suggested points—ready for you to tailor.
Customize what matters
Add specific context (who we target, what “good” looks like) and let AI draft the first message in your brand voice. Assign a Reviewer where quality/compliance matters. Assist outcomes are granted after review; Perks can be configured as auto‑approved when appropriate. Define points by outcome to make impact obvious—meetings, hires, or engagement milestones.

Assist types at a glance

Each type has a distinct badge in the app, consistent points by outcome, and a short explanation. Employees can contribute multiple times to the same Assist (e.g., several intros or posts) and earn points each time per rules you set. and of course you can create multiple assists of the same type.
Publish and notify
Preview the experience, then publish. The team receives a light notification with a one‑click path to participate. You can pause or edit live Assists at any time—changes apply immediately to new submissions.
