Terms of Service – Teamwins

Welcome to Teamwins. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Teamwins platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your activity on the Service, including any content you create, share, or upload. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

2. Accounts You may need to register an account to use parts of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Payments Some features of the Service require payment. By submitting payment details, you authorize Teamwins and its third-party payment processor (Stripe) to process transactions in accordance with our pricing and billing policies. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You remain responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

4. Intellectual Property The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, designs, graphics, and software, are the property of Teamwins or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

5. No Guarantees The Service is designed to support teamwork, referrals, and rewards, but we make no guarantee that use of the Service will result in increased sales, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law: Teamwins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data. Teamwins’ total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Teamwins in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teamwins from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, hosting provider failures, strikes, natural disasters, or changes in law or regulation.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where continued use could cause harm or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
