Teamwins makes it easy to connect your existing HR or employee benefits platforms (e.g., Benify, Edenred). Employees discover and claim perks in Teamwins; redemption happens via your provider. Tracking and points remain in Teamwins.
Our integration uses unique claim links. You can upload many links at once with a CSV.

Ways to connect
1) Claim via Link (recommended)
- Each perk in your HR platform has a unique URL
- Add a perk in Teamwins and paste the URL
- Members click Claim in Teamwins and redeem in your HR platform
2) CSV Upload for bulk links
- Export/generate unique links in your HR system
- Prepare a CSV with one link per row
- Upload the CSV to a Teamwins perk configured for CSV links
Step-by-step setup
A. Claim via Link (single perk)
- Admin → Perks → Add New Perk
- Delivery Method: Link
- Paste the unique URL from your HR/benefits platform
- Save — the perk appears in Teamwins
B. CSV Upload (multiple perks)
- Export links from your HR platform
- Create a CSV with one column named:
perk_link https://perks.yourplatform.com/voucher/123 https://perks.yourplatform.com/voucher/124 https://perks.yourplatform.com/voucher/125
- Teamwins → Admin → Perks → Upload CSV
- Upload — Teamwins distributes the links automatically
Pro tips
- Use unique links where possible (one link = one redemption)
- Test a single link before bulk upload
- Set expiry dates for time‑limited links
FAQ
What if my HR platform doesn’t support unique links? You can use a single shared link, but unique links provide better tracking.
Can employees upload receipts instead? Yes. Choose the Expense delivery method if receipts are required.
Is this secure? Yes. Links are stored safely and only redeemable by authorized members.
