Industry Selection
Your workspace's industry affects the Value Generated metric on the Statistics page. Higher-value industries receive higher estimated values for the same outcomes.
Industry multipliers: | Industry | Multiplier | Effect | |----------|------------|--------| | Technology | 1.3x | +30% estimated value | | Finance | 1.3x | +30% estimated value | | Consulting | 1.25x | +25% estimated value | | Real Estate | 1.2x | +20% estimated value | | Healthcare | 1.1x | +10% estimated value | | Manufacturing | 1.0x | Baseline | | Media & Entertainment | 0.9x | -10% estimated value | | Retail | 0.8x | -20% estimated value | | Education | 0.75x | -25% estimated value | | Non-profit | 0.7x | -30% estimated value | | Other | 1.0x | Baseline |
Example: A "Meeting Booked" outcome has a base value of $500. In a Technology workspace (1.3x), it's worth $650. In an Education workspace (0.75x), it's worth $375.
This only affects estimated value reporting, not points earned by employees.
Discoverability
- Incognito mode (invite link only) — Hides your workspace from public discovery. Only users with a valid invite link can join.
- Auto‑approve join requests — Automatically accepts new member requests without manual review.
When to use incognito mode:
- Internal company programs (not open to public)
- Pilot programs with controlled access
- Compliance requirements for invite-only access
Leaderboard & Anonymity
- Allow individual users to choose anonymity — Members can decide whether they appear anonymously on the leaderboard (toggle in their profile settings).
- Force anonymity for all users — Enforces anonymity for everyone regardless of personal preference (names appear as "Anonymous Contributor #1234").
Leaderboard Reset Interval
Choose how often the leaderboard resets: Never, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly.
What happens when leaderboard resets:
- Rankings reset to zero for the new period
- Points balances carry over (not reset — employees keep their points for perk redemption)
- Previous period rankings are archived and viewable in history
- Fresh start encourages ongoing participation
When to use:
- Weekly: High-activity workspaces with frequent contributions
- Monthly: Standard for most teams; aligns with monthly goals
- Quarterly: Longer cycles for strategic outcomes (hires, deals)
- Never: Cumulative leaderboard; no resets
Review these settings regularly to ensure they match your security posture and program goals.
