Annual billing available with 20% discount.
How Billing Works
Base price includes:
- For Pro: Admin + 1 Reviewer (2 seats total)
- You only pay for additional Reviewer seats beyond the 2 included
Adding seats:
- Charges are prorated for the rest of the billing period
- Example: Add 1 seat mid-month → charged ~50% for that month
Removing seats:
- No charges decrease mid-cycle (seats scheduled to change at next billing cycle)
- Or downgrade to Free immediately if you remove all paid seats
Payment:
- Processed via Stripe (secure, PCI-compliant)
- Credit/debit cards accepted
- Automatic tax calculation (Stripe Tax)
- Invoices sent via email

Upgrade & Downgrade
Upgrading:
- Click "Upgrade to Pro" in Admin → Billing
- Select number of Reviewer seats
- Complete Stripe checkout (takes 2 minutes)
- Features unlock immediately
Downgrading:
- Click "Downgrade to Free" in Admin → Billing
- Changes take effect at end of current billing period
- Or downgrade immediately (no refund for unused time)
