Approvals, reviewers, and perks

  • Assist outcomes are approved by a Marketing Reviewer when tone/compliance matters
  • Perks can be set to auto‑approve (for low‑risk link‑based delivery) or require approval (for receipt/higher‑value)

Points and outcomes (example)

  • +5 points for sharing a post (participation)
  • +15 at 1k impressions; +25 at 3k impressions (milestones)
  • Points appear in the Dashboard and Leaderboard and can be redeemed for perks

Notifications and reminders

  • Members see small overlays to participate and Inbox confirmations after posting
  • Reviewers receive alerts for items that need approval; approving applies the correct points
  • Optional weekly digests keep noise low while maintaining momentum

Guardrails and brand voice

Admins define brand voice, do/don’t rules, and required phrases once. AI captions follow these rules across channels. Keep briefs short and specific for consistent results.
