Metric Cards (Top Row)
Total Points
Sum of all positive point events in the workspace.
Value Generated
Estimated business impact. Step 1 value is granted for every contribution, Steps 2 and 3 unlock when reviewers approve outcomes. Benchmarks shift when you change the industry dropdown.
Contributors
Unique teammates who earned at least one point this quarter — a true active participant count.
Total Contributions
All Assist submissions logged in assist_contributions, regardless of review status.
Perk Spending
Absolute value of negative point events, showing how many points were redeemed for rewards.
This Month
Points earned since the first day of the month, with the current week’s gain called out under the total.
> If a workspace captures link clicks for marketing posts, a Marketing Post Results card appears once clicks are recorded.

Value Generated Card
- Choose an industry to apply the correct multiplier; TeamWins recalculates on the fly and saves the preference to the workspace.
- Each assist type shows total dollars plus a step-by-step breakdown (effort → first outcome → final outcome) so you can see where momentum stalls.
- Categories (Sales, HR, Marketing) aggregate assist-type totals to spotlight the biggest drivers of value.

Charts and Tables
Points by Category
Positive point events mapped to Sales, HR, Marketing, or Other using Assist type metadata, so you can see where effort is concentrated.
Top Assist Types
Matches contributions to their ledger entries to rank templates by points earned and submissions completed. Useful for tuning point values or cloning high performers.
Event Counts by Assist Type
Counts both efforts and outcomes per Assist using the actual point-rule labels (step codes, slugs, or effort labels). The filter in the card header (week / month / year / all) also drives the category chart and assist rankings, keeping a consistent time window.
Top Contributors
Aggregates total points and number of contributions per teammate. Includes a search box for quick lookups when you want to recognize someone or assign reviews.
Recent Activity
Shows the latest twenty positive point events with contributor avatars, assist badges, and timestamps so you can celebrate wins or investigate spikes immediately.
Perk Spending (Detail)
Columns of the main layout include a perk tile highlighting total spend. The underlying data comes from reward claims and threshold values so you know which incentives resonate.
