# How TeamWins Tracks Contributions and Routes Them for Review
TeamWins keeps every Assist submission tied to the correct teammate, workspace, and reviewer automatically. Here’s how the flow works from the moment someone participates through to the reviewer notification.

1. Contribution Is Captured
- A teammate completes the Assist form (e.g., logs a warm intro, shares a post).
- TeamWins stores the submission as a contribution for that workspace, along with:
- Assist type - Contributor ID - Structured fields (candidate name, prospect company, link, etc.)
- The contributor sees instant confirmation and can track the submission in Activity and Inbox.

2. Dashboards Update Instantly
- Dashboard → Insights updates metrics like total contributions, outcome counts, and top Assist types.
- Contribution details appear in the team activity feed and the relevant Assist view so admins and reviewers see what’s in progress.

3. Reviewer Is Selected Automatically
- Each Assist specifies a primary reviewer; TeamWins falls back to another active reviewer/admin if the assigned person is inactive.
- When a contribution (or outcome request) arrives, TeamWins associates it with that reviewer — no manual routing needed.

4. Reviewer Gets Notified In-App
- A notification appears under the bell icon for the assigned reviewer, including:
- Assist name - Contribution headline - A link to open the item in Admin → Approvals
- The reviewer opens the request, reviews context, and approves or requests changes.

- TeamWins drops an event into its email queue.
- Reviewers receive an email (unless opted out) with the submission summary, contributor name, and a Review button.
- Emails are throttled to avoid overload but arrive quickly to keep approvals moving.
