Your Dashboard at a glance
The Dashboard is your home page in Teamwins. It shows your points, available assists, team activity, and the leaderboard—all in one view.
Overview tab (default view)
When you first open the Dashboard, you see 6 main cards:
1. Points Card (top left)
- Your current point balance
- Recent point activity (last 5 transactions)
- Click to expand → See full Points History with filters
2. Leaderboard Card (top right)
- Top 5 contributors this period
- Your current rank (highlighted)
- Click "See All" → Full leaderboard with filters
3. Perks Card (middle left)
- Available perks you can claim
- Your recent claims and status
- Click perk → Open claim dialog
- Click "See All" → Browse all perks
4. Assists Card (middle right)
- Active assists you can contribute to
- Badges show assist type (Sales, HR, Marketing)
- Click assist → Open contribution form
- Click "See All" → Browse all assists
5. Team Activity (bottom left)
- Recent contributions from teammates
- Shows: who, what assist, when
- Like contributions (heart icon)
- Click contribution → See details
6. Recent Team Wins (bottom right)
- Approved outcomes from your team
- Shows: meeting booked, hired, engagement milestones
- Celebrates team success
Expanded views
Click any card to open full-screen expanded view:
Points Expanded
- Full transaction history
- Filter by: date range, point type, assist category
- Export to CSV
- See breakdown: instant points vs outcome points
Leaderboard Expanded
- Full ranking (all members)
- Filter by: time period, category
- Search by name
- Your rank always highlighted
- Toggle anonymity (if enabled)
Perks Expanded
- Browse all available perks
- Filter by: category, point cost, availability
- Sort by: newest, point cost (low to high), popular
- Your claimed perks tab
Assists Expanded
- Browse all active assists
- Filter by: category (Sales, HR, Marketing), active status
- Your contributions tab (see all your past contributions)
- Drafts tab (resume unfinished contributions)
Team Activity Expanded
- Infinite scroll of team contributions
- Filter by: assist type, contributor, date range
- See contribution details, files, comments
Other tabs
Click the top navigation to switch views:
- Overview — Default dashboard view (described above)
- Points — Direct to Points Expanded view
- Leaderboard — Direct to Leaderboard Expanded view
- Perks — Direct to Perks Expanded view
- Assists — Direct to Assists Expanded view
- Team Stats — Team-wide analytics (admins see more)
Mobile vs Desktop
Desktop (>768px width):
- 2-column card layout
- Sidebar navigation
- Expanded views open as full-screen overlay
Mobile (<768px width):
- Single-column stacked cards
- Bottom tab navigation
- Expanded views push to new screen
Quick actions
From anywhere in Dashboard:
- Click + Contribute (floating button) → Open assist selector
- Click Claim on any perk → Open claim dialog
- Click Notifications (bell icon) → See approval updates
- Click Profile (avatar) → Account settings
Tips
- The Dashboard updates in real-time as teammates contribute
- Cards show "empty state" messages when no data (e.g., "No assists yet")
- Click [[preview:insights]] links in guides to see previews
- Bookmark specific expanded views:
/dashboard/points,/dashboard/leaderboard
