Teamwins uses select third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help us deliver our services. This page lists all sub-processors that may process customer data on behalf of Teamwins.

What Are Sub-Processors?

Sub-processors are third-party companies that Teamwins engages to process personal data on our behalf. We carefully select and monitor these providers to ensure they meet our security and privacy standards.

Our Sub-Processors

Vercel Inc.

Purpose: Website hosting, content delivery network (CDN), and edge network infrastructure
Services Provided: Hosts the Teamwins website and web application, delivers content globally
Data Location: United States, European Union (multiple regions)
Data Processed: Website usage data, IP addresses, browser information

Supabase Inc.

Purpose: Database infrastructure, user authentication, real-time services, and serverless functions
Services Provided: Manages application database, user authentication, API backend, and Edge Functions for integrations (including Slack)
Data Location: European Union (primary), United States (backup)
Data Processed: User account data, workspace data, contributions, perks, rewards, authentication tokens, Slack integration data

OpenAI, L.L.C.

Purpose: Artificial intelligence and natural language processing features
Services Provided: Powers AI-assisted features such as content suggestions and automated text generation (when enabled by users)
Data Location: United States
Data Processed: User-submitted text for AI processing (only when AI features are actively used)
Data Retention: OpenAI does not use customer data to train their models under our Business Agreement

Data Protection & Security

All sub-processors are required to:

Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
Process data only as instructed by Teamwins
Comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU data processing)
Maintain confidentiality of customer data
Provide transparency about data processing activities

Changes to Sub-Processors

We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors as our business needs evolve. This page will be updated to reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email at least 30 days in advance.

Data Transfer Safeguards

When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
Adequacy decisions by the European Commission
Other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
