Why points and perks work
People contribute more when the path is clear and the recognition is meaningful. In Teamwins, points reward both participation and outcomes through a two-tier system:
- Instant points (Step 1): Awarded automatically when you contribute (typically 5-10 points)
- Outcome points (Steps 2-3): Awarded after reviewer approves measurable results (+25 to +100+ points)

Perks people actually want
Perks convert points into something tangible: Coffee Wallet, Dinner for Two, Wellness Credit, Swag Pack, and more. You control point cost and delivery method. Employees can submit OCR‑scanned receipts or receive link‑based claims for near‑zero admin overhead; finance gets structured export data.
Tips
- Tie higher points to outcomes, not activity alone
- Start with 3–5 perks and expand as participation grows
- Celebrate wins in the leaderboard to reinforce positive behavior
