Submitting your first contribution
Contributing is simple: open an Assist, fill out the form, and submit. You'll earn instant points automatically, then request approval for outcome points later.
Step 1: Open an Assist
Browse active Assists in your Dashboard. Each Assist shows:
- What's being requested (intro, referral, post share, etc.)
- Points you'll earn (instant + outcome bonuses)
- Who reviews outcomes
Click "Contribute" to open the form.

Gather intel on target accounts
Gather insights about target companies to help our sales team make informed outreach. Share valuable intel that moves deals forward.
Step 2: Fill out required fields
Forms vary by Assist type. Common fields include:
Sales Assists:
- Refer New Lead: Company name, contact info, relationship context, intro message draft
- Account Intel: Market insights, competitive intelligence, analysis notes
- Partner Door-Opener: Partner name, relationship strength, introduction offer
HR Assists:
- Talent Referral: Candidate name, role, LinkedIn profile, relationship notes
- Warm Intro: Hiring manager, candidate, connection strength
Marketing Assists:
- Post Share: Platform (LinkedIn/Twitter/Facebook), post URL, caption used
- Content Idea: Campaign concept, target audience, creative brief
Step 3: Add file attachments (if applicable)
Some Assists support file uploads:
- Talent Referral: Upload resume, portfolio (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT - max 10MB)
- Account Intel: Upload research reports, competitive slides
- Content Idea: Upload mockups, creative assets

Step 4: Submit
Click "Submit Contribution" and you're done!
What happens immediately: 1. Contribution record created in system 2. Instant points awarded automatically (typically 5-10 points via database trigger) 3. Confirmation message: "Contribution submitted! You earned 5 points." 4. Points appear in your balance instantly
You can view your contribution in Dashboard → Recent Activity or your Contribution History.
Next steps
After real-world outcomes occur (meeting booked, candidate interviewed, post engagement), you or your reviewer can request outcome approval to earn bonus points.

- Fill out all required fields to avoid delays

- Instant points are permanent—you get them even if outcome isn't approved later
